Phonics Essentials was founded in 2012 with a vision to teach English using a multi-sensory, child-centered & scientific approach. Our quest for an effective English reading program that has an easy, systematic & fun-filled approach led us to Jolly Phonics & Grammar. It's a comprehensive program for reading, writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation, comprehension & creative writing. At Phonics Essentials, we provide Certified Training to Pre-School & Primary Teachers, conduct workshops for parents, and provide curriculum consultancy to schools. We offer Phonics classes to kids in Preschool Years (ages 3-7 years) and English Grammar classes (7-10 years).
Ms. Khushbu Porwal has more than 15+ years of rich experience teaching Phonics to children, teachers & parents. She has worked in different geographies in South Asia and is based in Singapore for the last six years. Ms. Khushbu is also trained in providing Phonics lessons to children with Learning Disabilities. For children with dyslexia, she uses Orton Gillingham's 1-1 lessons.

1. Jolly Phonics & Grammar Training: This two days certified training is for Teachers, Parents, and SPED Educators.
2) Student Personalized Sessions: Phonics & Grammar classes for children (Mainstream children, delayed and "at-risk" readers).

As per the Research Whole word approach or rote learning is the least effective method of teaching Reading & Writing, Excerpt from the research says ‘There is a limit on human long term memory for memorizing abstract visual patterns paired with individual words. This is an ultimate limit present after years of intense memorization. Based on an earlier analysis of known writing systems, I put this limit as 2000-5000, remarkably close to Mair’s estimate based on Chinese (Mcguiness 1997)
